Key Facts
Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan was indicted in the case and charged with obstruction and concealing an individual to prevent arrest.
Dugan faces up to a six-year prison sentence if she is convicted on both counts, the Associated Press reported.
Dugan is expected to appear in court Thursday and has indicated she will fight the charges, according to The New York Times.
