Thousands of Bank of America customers are reportedly experiencing an online outage that is resulting in their accounts displaying erroneous balances, as well as issues at ATMs.

More than 20,000 people had reported issues with Bank of America’s online and mobile banking systems, as well as ATM services, as of 12:15 p.m. EDT Wednesday, according to the reporting website Downdetector.
Of those, 57% of people reported issues with online banking, 42% reported mobile banking problems and 1% said they’d had trouble at ATMs, according to the site.
Representatives for Bank of America did not immediately respond to Forbes’ request for comment Wednesday.
